Founded in the chaos of 2020 - Synapse IT has been bringing order and confidence for our customers across the USA.

Each one of our projects begins with someone reaching out to us to help strategize and solve a challenge with far reaching implications. They have a problem and a necessary outcome but lack the time or resources to wrangle and solve the problem.
We’ve been involved on every level - from simply crafting an actionable strategic plan, to executing each step.

That’s always the question isn’t it? We do not have an hourly rate and instead spend time with you to be sure we understand your entire need. We provide project proposals that have flat rates and guaranteed outcomes.

Since our foundation was in 2020, we have spent significant time researching the best in class collaboration tools facilitating synchronous and asynchronous communication on projects. By conducting the majority of our work remotely we are able to match you with the experts who best fit your need without geographic restrictions.
Some projects really need in person time - and we are prepared to travel as needed to see your project succeed.

Great question. We will spend more time than you may expect working to understand the challenges you are facing and the results you require. In partnership with you, we will clearly define the desired outcome (e.g. system adoption, reduction in operational costs by offloading redundant systems, etc.), and craft a strategy to reach that goal. We find that by proposing the acheivement of a goal/result instead of drafting a traditional Statement of Work we have more flexibility to keep the project momentum and increase satisfaction when previously unknown factors are brought to light.
When you accept one of our proposals you are accepting the flat price of a specific outcome, and you can have the confidence of knowing we will do whatever it takes to achieve the goal in the framework of our proposal.
